The re-crediting of a talk used for a reservation of a conversation occurs only if the cancellation submits within 4 hours before the beginning of the conversation.

The moments of cancellation are automatically tracked by our tools so, if you think you have canceled the conversation before 4 hours, send us by email any information you have available so that we can investigate it. In the event of a system error, there will be no problem re-crediting the lost talk.

To use the platform for free, you need to have talks. Here are the cases in which it is possible to have a talk for free

  • On registration you will receive 2 free talks
  • During the testing phases of the new features, Feelfluent uses a subset of users (early adopters) to whom it assigns talks to test the platform.
  • If a user reports a friend and this friend buys an 8 talk package. To receive your free talks, it is necessary to report the name of your friend via email to [email protected].
